At first we must know the causes of hair thinning and hair loss. The most common cause of hair loss in women is acute iron deficiency, which can easily be remedied by iron supplements. Who wants to absorb iron from food, may resort to kefir and yogurt.

Additional triggers may be the contraceptive pill, hormonal changes after childbirth or menopause.

Peas, cabbage and lettuce contain numerous ingredients that have an optimal effect profile for the hair. Vitamin V, Vitamin B and pepsin provide the hair of "inside".

The onion is a well-known hair growth products, supported by the contained sulfur, the structure of the hair. Remaining hair can be helped by the onion juice to a fuller hair image. For this purpose, take a fresh half onion  and  massage on the scalp gently about ten minutes. Then wash the hair with a nurturing and pH-neutral shampoo.

Tea tree oil is best remedy for hair, For this, take a few drops of high quality tea tree oil and massaged into the head of this sensitive skin. This hair growth is stimulated.
Silica for strong nails and hair strength. Silica is available in the drugstore.

Tips for preventing hair loss

Too much stress is the cause of hair loss, so you should not take stress, so find out some ways to make you relax.
Hair curlers can break off and also have a negative effect on hair growth.

On an average hair on the head grows at the rate of approximately 0.5 mm daily. This rate of growth also depends on genetic factors, diet, lifestyle and age of the person. While it may not be possible to have long hair overnight, you can use home remedies to make your hair grow faster. Some of the home remedies are:

1. Hair is made up of protein, so eat foods which contain plenty of protein like fish, eggs, liver, milk products, yeast, wheat germ, sprouts, beans, nuts and yoghurt. Soy protein which is found in tofu also helps.
2. Mustard oil is very useful for hair growth and is used extensively to condition and maintain healthy hair, and to actually grow thick hair.
3. Hot oil massages improve the circulation of blood in the scalp and make your hair grow faster. Coconut oil should be applied to the hair for at least an hour so that it is absorbed properly and then washed off.
4. A mixture of an equal quantity of fresh amla juice and lime juice, used as a shampoo also stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.
5. Drink plenty of water and sleep for 8 - 9 hours a day, since hair grows when a person is resting. Exercising daily will also improve the blood circulation and help your hair grow quickly. Hair grows faster when there is less stress.

• The birthplace of the cultivated Rose was probably Northern Persia, on the Caspian, or Faristan on the Gulf of Persia.
• Historically, the oldest Rose fossils have been found in Colorado, dating back to more than 35 million years ago.
• Roses were considered the most sacred flowers in ancient Egypt and were used as offerings for the Goddess Isis. Roses have also been found in Egyptian tombs, where they were formed into funeral wreaths.
• Confucius, 551 BC to 479 BC, reported that the Imperial Chinese library had many books on Roses.

Broadly, Roses are divided into three classes-

Species Roses

Species Roses are often called Wild Species Roses. Species Roses often have relatively simple, 5-petaled flowers followed by very colorful hips that last well into the winter, providing food for birds and winter color.

The most popular Rose species for sale today is Rosa rugosa owing to its superior hardiness, disease resistance, and extremely easy maintenance. Species roses are widely hybridized. Wild Species Roses include many different varieties. Wild Species Roses usually bloom once in the summer.

Old Garden Roses

Old Garden Roses have a delicate beauty and wonderful perfume, not often found in modern hybrid tea roses. Old Garden Roses are a diverse group from the those with a wonderful fragrance and great winter hardiness to the tender and lovely tea roses, which are best suited for warm climates.

Old Garden Roses comprise a multifaceted group that in general are easy to grow, disease-resistant and winter-hardy. Old Garden Roses grow in several shrub and vine sizes. Although colors do vary, this class of Roses are usually white or pastel in color. These "antique Roses" are generally preferred for lawns and home gardens. Several groupings of Roses classified as Old Garden Roses areChina Roses, Tea Roses, Moss Roses, Damask Roses, Bourbon Roses, etc.

Modern Roses

Any Rose identified after 1867, is considered a Modern Rose.

Old Garden Roses are the predecessors of Modern Roses. This group of Roses are very popular. The Modern Rose is the result of crossbreeding the hybrid tea with the polyanthus (a variety of primrose).
